might have asked this before. but any ways lets refresh it :P
seeing as how if all goes well I am getting a new higher performance turbo crazy cheap. what is a REALLLY cheap IC that I can swap in, I want it to be easy to install and fit in the stock location. and of course provide better err umm cooling :D

GReddy IC is about as cheap as you are going to get. Used for about $650 and new close to $800.
I would NOT upgrade your turbo without an intercooler.
