throttle body cleaning?

Ok, my Lude just hit 100,000 miles : ( ...so I wanted to clean her up good...so when I took off the intake, there was some "gunk" on the throttle body (IN the throttle body rather, on the butter-fly valve?)...black soot...
(could it be from the woman that had it before me? yeah...women...she didnt really do anything but drive it, and change the oil, until like 90,000 miles when I bought it from her, completely stock...and since I've had it, it's had an AEM intake, with breather filter...)
anyways...so I went to autozone to get some cleaner...but they didnt have anything...just like random engine cleaner shit..."degreaser" and what-have-you...
is there anything in particular I should get for this? I mean...if it's on the throttle body it's obviously in the intake manifold and runners right?...I just wanna get that crap out of there...

They actually do make stuff specifically for cleaning throttle bodies. Carb cleaner should do fine though.

Just use Carb Cleaner, and it'll work just fine
