92 talon intermittent no start no codes help

Hey I`d appreciate any help I can get I have a 92 Talon non turbo 2.0 automatic that won`t start sometimes, ussually after rain. It has no codes, has spark and fuel to the rail I am guessing the injectors are not firing. I saw someplace about a bad connection in the harness behind the right headlight causing this problem and wiggling the harrness does seem like it might help. The problem is too intermittent to be sure. I went to the dealer but they couldn`t find any tech bullitens, recalls, or product improvement campains. If anyone has any info on this, where the bad splice is, wire colors, or anything I would appreciate it before I just go tearing the harness apart. Thanks so much!!! Try checking the ground from the starter to the chassis. Also will it not crank or does it crank and no go?

It turns over but won`t start, ussually after rain, as I said it`s got spark and fuel to the rail it just won`t even try to hit then all of a sudden it goes. It`s got a short some place effected by moisture I`m guessing causing the injectors not to fire but not twrowing a code. Guessing!
