This is my first time on this forum im usally on honda forums. But i recently bought a 86 toyota MR2. Its good besides me needing to replace the oil pan gasket. This is my question, I was driving and i went over a speed bump really hard. The car then immediatly died. Ive tried to start it, it will turn over but wont idle. I checked the coil wire and the spark plugs idividually they all work. I have disconnected the fuel line from the fuel rail it spits out fuel when i turn it over. I poured fuel in the intake manifold and it would idle but when i pressed the gas it would immediatly die.I cant figure it out If anyone has had a similer problem on there mr2 please help me out i would really appreciatte your help. Im thinking fuel pressure regulator. But im use to hondas this has alot more vacum lines that i might not know about but ive checked all of them and there all hooked up so im stumbled.

When i went over the speed bump it must have made the middle connector on the ecu come out just enough. When i unbolted the cu the connector had came out even more. I plugged it back in and it works.
