What exactly is sleeving and what are the benifits?

You remove the stock sleeves (cylinder wall that surrounds the pistons), and replace them with new ones. The some of it's advantages are that they are stronger that the stock ones, and they also just replace the worn OE ones. Also some engines come with FRM sleeves like the b20 CRV engine, and the H22 (maybe the h23 as well?). These are of a different material that the other sleeves, and don't mix well with most aftermarket pistons.
