Faded Paint

Hey guys does anyone know how to use rubbing compound? I am new at this.. my paint is faded and i need to buff it any tips on how to do this?

Just follow the directions on the back of the label, then follow it up with a claybar kit and wax. Just be careful not to rub too hard and use the heavy duty compound only if it's really bad other wise use the regular or milder stuff.
