surprisingly, Hobby Lobby is having another 1/2 off plastic model kits sale!
2 weeks ago there was a 40% off coupon for any regularly priced item. last week there was a 50% of models coupon. this week there is not only a sale for model kits, but there is also another 40% off any regularly priced item(so you can pick up... i dunno... some paint or something). i just thought it was unusual/cool that Hobby Lobby keeps having all these sales in a row that happen to benefit us car modelers.

Yea I just saw that this morning, wonder if we can use the 40% on the 50% of the kit?

i don't think you can use the 40% off on the models because i think it says on the coupon 40% regular priced items, you may want to check again, though. i don't think i'll pick anything up, even though i have a couple things i wanna build right now that i need to purchase.

I am staying away from Hobby Lobby. I walked out of there with 4 more kits I dont need yesterday.

I managed to stay away from the last two sales! Every time I'm tempted, I imagine a stack of model kits at my place, and tons of more attractive new kits later this year. ;)

I went to two HL's yesterday looking for new Revell kits and a Kubelwagen. I came out empty handed.

Guess what...I bet next week the new Revell 1/12 Camaro reissue will be released. Only because it wont be 50% off.
