Freeway problems in a 95 sephia

My sephia does fine when going slow on normal roads, but if you get it up to speed on the freeway it starts bucking back and forth like crazy. It feels like I'm driving a boat once I hit 50. I think there's something wrong with the rear end, but I'm not really sure what it is. I'm going to take it down to a shop on monday though.
