Hi I'm new to these forums and i was wondering if anyone could help with a rear leveling system problem, the struts work well as they do not have more bounce then they need to but they sit low with no load, this is a european spec car and is in mint condition outside of the rear suspension problem any help would be greatly appreiciated.

If you jack up the rear of your car or get some drive on ramps or borrow a lift from somewhere, look on your rear stabalizer bar. Took me a couple of seconds to find it but you will be hunting for a little U like metal pice with 2 bolts on the top that connects it to a rod that connects to the hydrolic acuator for the rear suspension leveling.

Now... if you have a drive on ramp or are on a drive on hoist, loosen those bolts, get 2-3 freinds and a full tank of gas, put them all in the car, turn the car on afte ryou loosened those bolts. and try turning the little U piece until the pump comes on and levels the car out to something more reasonable or until that dinging of the OBC stops *thats what made me fix mine in my case, damn dinging got anonying after awhile*

if you don't have drive on ramps or anything then you will have to go underneath, adjust it just a little bit, tighten, drop down, check and test, jack back up and change until your happy, which is why it would be worthwhile to go get a set of driveon ramps if you don't have any, they are only liek $30 from Wal-Mart.
