need help 93 s10 blazer vortec 4.3 starting problems

I am having a hard time getting this blazer to start after it cools down, especialy in the morning. Then once I do get it started, it runs real rough and takes for ever to warm-up. Now, once it gets warmed-up it runs realy good & cranks easy until it cools down again. Could someone please help me figure this out ? Thank you so much.
