I pull the nose drive end of my supercharger off (1 hr) and found a sloppy coulping, all bearings and gears feel and sound fine....Ordered a new coupling from a company in Michigan for $33 bucks plus $7 for a tube of oil...cheap fix.....So don't jump the gun and tell people there is no parts or repairs..... just replacements....I found the info Thanks to this site....Old school :)

"I suspect that the blower (supercharger) has a bad bearing....Are these units serviceable Can you buy new bearings, seals and gaskets for them Thanks Old school of hard Knocks"

The respondents to your original inquiry, assumed from your above diagnosis, that you determined the noise was a "bad bearing". If you would have provided more specific information regarding the type of noise, it would be easier to diagnose. The coupler is a common SC maintenance type item and easy to find and replace. Bearings are a different story, you can replace them, however, you need a shop press. Bearings can be purchased from most major bearing suppliers. :smokin: :cya:
