03 svt focus shift cable slips off

I have a 2003 ford focus svt with a vortech supercharger and every time I shift in two 2gear the shift cable slips off Ive had the cable replaced three times and still it does it.I only have 15k miles on the car and I cant figure whats causing the problum if any one can help please let me know thanks.
