I'm looking for 4 off 1:24 Rubber Hood (Bonnet) Straps for my Old Skyline project, Does anyone know who might sell them, I've spent a couple of hours seaching the interweb with no joy.
I found that Sakatsu did some but must be now OOP as no-one seem to have them.
Thanks Guys

Steve,
Have you looked at Renaissance? I'm fairly sure that I recall seeing something there - could have been P/E part, though.
Tamiya morgan 4/4 has rubber straps but considerably different to those you are looking for.
I also seem to recall seeing a diecast with quite similar straps and remember thinking at the time that they could be "stolen" - if I manage to remember what it was, I'll let you know :) Old age....phew!

Hi,
www.scaleproduction.de -> Zubehör 1:24 -> Metall- und Resinteile -> scroll down to the bottom, there you find some, made of rubber

I bought them (sakatsu kind) just a couple of days ago, from www.dodicicilindri.it (http://www.dodicicilindri.it) after years spent burning up my CC on HongKong and USA stores I found my preferred aftermarket just near home, w/o post charges. These guys speak engl. much better then me so try to call them, if you've translation problem advise me.

Well, I turned my own one's from styrene stock. Just the basic shape and then I filed the flat portions and made the metal parts from thick aluminium foil.
Have a look (http://niclasproos.fotopic.net/p3621252.html), maybe not the best but I think they look as good as thoose from scaleproduction....well, almost.

My guess would be Bonnet Screw Set which apparently was translated a little incorrectly :-)
