86 s10 blazer won't start

Hello all, 2.8 Blazer won't start. Full battery, turns good. No power to fuel pump, radio, HEADLIGHTS not working, no horn, radio, but windows, door locks, blower motor, turn signals, brake lights work. Now there is a block on the firewall with 3 red wires, that i think should be hot but isn't.
I think maybe a fusable link some where? Headlight grounds good,I checked the wiring diagram thats in the Haynes book but it's not the best, anyone have a better one? I got to get to work tomorrow, need a lot of help here, THANK you all in advance for any and all help, HOMBRE 2
