alright so i recently found a car for sale, its a 1994 nissan sentra SE-R

130000 miles on the body
53000 miles on JDM Sr20

-tsuru headlight conversion
-stillen front and rear strut tower braces
-tokico springs and struts
-clutchmaster stage III clutch
-billet flywheel
-JWT s4 cams
-HKS sport 2 1/2 inch exhaust
-Magna flow 2 1/2 inch cat
-Bosch platinum spark plugs and wires
-Alarm
-Keyless entry
-4-2-1 headers
-nx2000 big break upgrade
-new break pads and crossdrilled rotors
-new battery
-car has no dents or rust
-Drift style bodykit
-uninstalled short shifter included
-also has an extra set of stock rims with new tires on them
-along with various other parts the guy has and needs to get rid of

for $3000 does this sound like a good deal? the only thing i noticed to be wrong with the car is the paint, the clear coat is flaking off. let me know what you all think. thanks

I would say thats a good deal, with all the upgrades and a fairly new engine. I would just change the plugs out as soon as you get it and put in some new NKG's. But 3 grand for an 94 SE-R in good condition and all those upgrades is a good deal, especially for the brake upgrade and cams installed. And as for the paint, spend a thousand or so and get the color you really want, and have it be nice and shiny.

thanks for the reply, just want to make sure its worth it before i purchase. its hard to price these cars considering how hard they are to find. and the NKG spark plugs, will they increase performance of the car? and yes i was planning on painting the car black, i actually found a place to do it for $329... www.earlscheib.com ... their "pro III" paintjob. cant beat the price along with the six year warranty. even if its not that great will save me money i could put towards a turbo system. once again thanks for the reply!

jump on it, unless something is wrong with the car that you dont know about, have a mechanic independently inspect it and if it passes swoop that thing up dude

if your really looking for a nice car for cheap go to EBAY. My friend bought his PROBE GT with custom paintjob, kit, carbon fiber hood, CF spoiler, just everything you could ever want and 17 inch rims and eibach springs and it was a 97 I think for 4,000 dollars the paint job alone was a 2,000 dollar paint job he gave himn the reciept. I'd ebay it fly out and pick up the car and drive it back.

im having the car inspected some time this week, and im also goin to test drive it this week. i just hope it all checks out. a sleeper nissan has been my dream for a while now. ill let you all know what happens. and if all is good, what other normally aspirated mods could i add? looking for JDM cosmetics or performance upgrades only.

NGK plugs are just OEM, but run the best in our car, better than platinum BOSCH, and are a hell of a lot cheaper at like a 1.50 a piece. Just stick to copper, don't waste your money on anything else and change them at 30,000 miles, and you will be fine. The next N/A mod I would do would be sending your ECU to JWT to have it reprogrammed.
