How to remove '93 door panel???

I was reading some posts on here trying to get my power doors to lock. someone said, I may just have to make sure all the connections are in tight. both doors will unlock using the switch, but neither side will lock the doors.
anyways, does anyone know how to take off the door panels so i can get to these plug-ins???? thanks!
