1st, accept this fact: Quality = money. Cheap will almost always mean cheap quality and it will show.
1 - You can do this yourself with a bit of knowledge, some measuring tools, and some hinges from a hardware store. The real trick is finding either some hydraulic lifts or figuring out what to do with the prop rod
2 - Cheap, by definition, means NOT a bolt on. EVERY fiberglass kit requires some tweaking in some way. Then you'll have to paint it. Urethane is usually MUCH better, but pricier. Once again, you'll have to paint that, too.
3 - Got a welder? If not, then don't bother with suicide. Lambo doors will run a several hundred. Trust me, you dont' want an ebay kit for that. There's a REASON Lambo's aren't cheap, because each car requires a fair amount of research to actualy do it right.
4 - Get a filler plate. Or just swap out a 95-02 decklid.
5 - Cheap will not give you quality or speed. Speed costs money.

dont know about a hood reverse but as for a filler. junkyards work wonders. if your looking to swap the deck lid

Actually, for the filler, I was referring to RKSports Carbon Fiber panel they make. But if you don't want that look, your best bet is to go to a junkyard for the 95+ decklid

heres my opinion...you have a 2004 cavalier, which means its got warrenty, also means its brand spanking new body wise...if you dont have the money to do these mods properly...DONT do them...no point fucking up a brand new car cuz you dont want to spend the green to make it happen..i wanna paint my car but that doesnt mean im gonna go to autozone and buy some spray paint and give my car a coat..no..i save for however long it takes to get the funds together and then i do it right, take it to a body shop...for your mods, find the shit you want..and get the right stuff...not some half-assed version of it either, and when it comes to putting it on..get a professional to do it dont go "bolting on a cheap costing body kit" and dont go reversing your hood if you dont know what your doing
i spent 4-5 grand getting a paint job, rims, carbonfiber hood, M3 mirrors, black JDM euro tail lights, blacked out headlights (thanks psychoJJ:lol:) and everything i couldnt or didnt know how to do..i got a bodyshop to do..and i know it hurts the wallet but its SOOOO worth it when you go outside to your driveway and you seriously give your car an up and down to look for faults and you cant find ONE
just do it right man
