Ac

Hey, I have a 2002 Kia Rio. Does anyone have any idea how much it would be to get AC in it? I needed a car quick and got a good deal on this car but I didn't realize there was no AC. I thought it came standard nowadays, especially a 2002. Also, does anyone have this same model and how is it in the winter? I'm wondering about stuff like the locks freezing and things like that. Thanks!
