Most all the Jeep 4 & 6 cyl. engines spec'd the plug gap at 0.035". Only one 4 cyl back in 84 is listed at 0.041" and the newer 5.2L and 5.9L are also at 0.040"
Your safe at either of the gaps. Important thing is that the gaps are even from one cyl to the next and the outer electrode is centered over the center electrode (conventional plugs)

I've Looked Everywhere For It. I Just Bought A 89 Wrangler Islander.i've Done All The Service To It Since It Sat For A Year.
I Tried To Use The Four Wheel Drive Today.i Put It In Four Wheel Drive And It Felt Like It Went Into Gear To Me Cause Of The Torque.but Later Got Hung Up In A Hole And Realized It Didn't Work.there Was No Fuse That I Could See.does Anybody Have Any Advice.
