p28 pin confusion

I'm finally braking down and wiring whole bunch of crap to my car, so i got most of the stuff figured out, except these few.

The O2 sensor. I have like 4 pins for it, which one is it.
a16 ORG/BLK O2 sensor
A13 YEL/BLU O2 sensor
B1 YEL/BLU O2 sensor
C18 ORG/BLU O2 sensor

than there is the TPS there are 2 different ones
C21 YEL/WHT TPS
C22 GRN/WHT TPS

Than the RPM singal. Does ECU get it? I know i can get it from behind the cluster, but i would rather have everything go from ECU, I did a search and it cofused me even more. One post said to use BROWN wire, which is Injector #1. Another said to use speed sensor, which i figured to be wrong, because TTimer asks for speed and RPM signals, so they have to be seperate. Can anyone help me with this?

i will tell you one thing right now. the rpm signal is the blue wire cming out of the distributor.

as for the other stuff i will have to dig out the helms and tell you later.

is this for a vafc or some sort of similar item?

I know that i can get the RPM from distributor, but i rather do it from the ECU, i'm already there so I just want my wiring to look nice and neat.
Its actually a software that will tell me some stuff about the car, its really cool. Not as cool as standalone ECU, but still nice.

You're gonna tap into the OBD system. Very cool. Why don't you have a Helm's if you're gonna be doing stuff like this?

I dont want to spend money on something i dont have to, I would need like a $300 in manuals if i got them for every car that i got. Im cheap, so sue me.
i just went to autometer to get the answers.
c18 for O2 sensor and it seems that I will need to run the blue wire from the distributor. now, i just gonna get a multimeter and figure out the TPS.
