For the money an SS F-body is an excellent deal. I think that GM was stupid in marketing the car. They should have been more aggressive about going after Mustangs. Plus they dont even market the fact that the F-body has the Corvette engine. I am not a huge F-body fan but I respect all the stuff you can get for the money. I think if they would have marketed it better they would have crushed mustang into the ground.

There are so many good things about a LS-1 powered F-body like what other car can you by in the market with a V8 engine that has 320 Hp and 350 Ft-lbs of tourque and gets 28 to 30 miles to gallon. many V6 cars cant even get that gas mileage let alone those power raitings without SC or turbo.

I know if I were in the market for a performance 2+2 I would deffently do F-body Cammaro SS over a Mustang:cool:
Especialy this one.

The camaro might be coming back in 2004 as a 2005 model.

The Firebird's status is unknown.
