Spark plug and Wire replacement question

Is there a better or best brand to go with for this? i live in lower ontario if that helps since product availability may be different.

delco or ngk plugs. either or they are the only ones you should bother with platinum and iridium are a waste of your money too. wires. most are the same really.crappy tire one by nielson will do the trick. btw I'm in Ontario too. check out www.j-body.com it;s the j-body club of ontario!
