i dont really pay attention to this kind of stuff but what ended up happening are people back in any of the Hurricane-struck areas? at least those stupid ass commercials on the radio for donations stopped.

yea i think its still a water park right now. Yea it sucks, but why move to a place below sea level right by the coast??? Jeez you know its gonna happen sometime.....just hope its not your lifetime i guess??? I mean add up all the tornadoes and earthquakes that happen over time and it all adds up to the same amount of damage. Well the big earthquakes level cities, but thats somewhat rare. Its just a flood hits at once and your done for. Head for the hills!!!! ahhh THe way i see it is, thats the risk you take for living there. Kind of like if i moved to a volcanoe, and it erupted.....well derrrrr. I wouldnt feel sorry for me either.

yeah its the kind of thing where Bush still said "We couldn't have forseen this coming" but army core of engineers said the new orleans levy's were only made to hold of a category 3 and when a category 4 is coming it isnt too hard to guess the result. but i would trade earthquake risk over tornadoes and hurricanes any day. i remember my parents freaking out in Loma Prieta earthquake i think that was '89 but i didnt feel shit. kinda disappointed actually i want to experience an earthquake. but yeah '89 was the last one of any significance i think so its like whatever who cares.
