I'm looking to Frankenstein my 1977 4 door Caprice interior by updating to buckets and floor shift. The seats mocked up in the car perfectly... except my particular car had a rot problem which destroyed the driver's floor where the inner seat bracket would be. Does anyone know of a yard in the Philadelphia, PA region that would either remove a front floor pan from a car with either buckets or 50/50 split bench (from rocker to rocker, firewall to 2" behind the seat bolt brackets) or would allow me to bring a cordless sawz-all in to remove it myself.

Any junk yard should allow you to bring a cordless sawz-all, its just a matter of finding a junk yard that has what you need.

It seems that the few of the local yards that I called don't want poeple coming in and cut pannels or in my case floors themselves. Most have stated that their insurance prohibits the use of power (corded or battery) tools by non-employees.

Use a split screwdriver and a hammer, we use that sometimes as a rescue tool, no power, but it cuts like an old style can opener.
