OK, I Had someone help me install me headers a couple of days ago (DC 2 pc Ceramic) and I noticed a wierd noise from the headers when driving, I then realized that it was a leak between the 1st and second section. I Tightened the 3 bolts and it fixed most of the problem, but I can still feel a small leak. What do I do to fix it? Should I take the bolts off and take the gaskets out, clean em, and put them back in?

Thanks for any advice!

make sure you installed all 3 bolts. DC is notorious for leaving out a bolt.

All 3 bolts are in, I thought of that and checked, the one was really loose, but I tightened it up!

take it apart and make sure the gasket is sitting right between them, use a high temp epoxy if that doesnt help.

My DC 2 pc Ceramic 4-2-1 didnt not come with a gasket for the joint between the 2 pieces, only 2 rings that sit into recesses. Is that how yours was? I think I am having the same problem. How did you fix your problem?

Yeah, thats what I ment, the rings, not the gaskets. I called DC Sports and they are sending me some new ones, I think that the ones I had were defective. The one ring is working fine, its the other one on the other (the 2 in 4-2-1) leaking. I hope that when I get the new ones and use some High Temp stuff like suggested, that will get rid of my rattleing noise also, something doesnt sound right around 2500-3500 RPM's, It almost sounds like one of the little rings is bouncing aorund in its groove. Hope this all makes sence.
