Push Button Start

Hello i just bought a push button start and i need to find a site that tells me how to hook it up.

how many terminals does the button have, I would think two?

and for what year make

Hello sorry it has two terminals and is a 1993 Jeep cherokee 4.0 HO auto

one side of your starter button would need a battery source and the other would be the yellow wire under the dash from the ignition switch, down on the column, but you would still have to turn your key to the on position first. On earlier models it would be the dark green wire on the ingition switch.
