My 1984 Celica, that sat in the yard waiting on me to mature, got inspected the other day. It got rejected, because it has a torn or missing Rack Boot. That was the only thing stopping it from passing inspection, after years of sitting in the yard.
So Saturday, we are getting that taken care of, and getting the car re-inspected and I'll have it on the road. The tires you see in the picture are no more, my horn is fixed, and I'm ready to roll. Treadquarters reminded me that I have a cracked windshield, a small crack on the passenger side that will get worse over time, but that's not stopping it from passing.
BTW, how much do you think it would cost to have that replaced?

if it's small enough they might be able to repair it
