HELP ME PLEASE Do i have to pull the cam to find out if it is stock or "mildly cammed".. :eek:

ultimately, yes, you'd have to cross reference the casting number to find out the manufacturer, that will lead to the lift and duration, unless you do it with a dial indicator.
