1984 Cutlass Supreme

I'm looking to restore this beautiful car.. It has the 231 in it as far as engine right now.. I'm curious if anyone on here has a local v8 for me to purchase with decently low miles and a good price... The problem with the 231 is no power... I dont feel like it does the car justice. Not to mention i can't even pass anyone :(

Another things is that does anyone know where i can get replacement parts for cheap and or performance parts for cheap.. I need to replace the whole bottom trunk pan and i can't find it anywhere.
