Where can I find the Crank Positions Sensor on my 93 Intrepid 3.3L. It has been stalling on the highway and driving around town and If I am reading the codes right I am getting 11, 12 and 55. I think it is 11 that stands for the CPS? I found the cam shaft position sensor at the top/front of the motor and had the two confused for a bit. The parts person says they do look alike but he didn't know where the CPR is located.
Help please and thanks!

It is ion the transmission on the right side in the front somewhere. You will have to take the bracket to get to it.

look here for location,
http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?UseCase=C001&UserAction=performSearch&Parameters=Auto+Store%7C%7ECOMPONENT+LOCATIONS%7C% 7ECRANKSHAFT+POSITION+SENSOR
These sensors have a paper spacer on them when you buy them new. The crankshaft positon sensor senses slots in the flywheel. When you install the new one just slide it in the hole until it just touches the flywheel then tighten the bolt. When the flywheel turns it will knock off the paper and you will have the proper spacing between the sensor and fly wheel. A lot of people have removed engines , took the sensor out , then they put the old one back in without a new paper spacer and the flywheel smashes the sensor to pieces and they can't figure out why the car won't start. I must be bored to be writing all the crap.
