I have been looking everywhere but cant find anything. I am looking for a few pics of cavaliers with black clear corners, and a few pics with the black(or CF) altezza lights. If the Cavalier is Red that is even better. I am trying to firgue out what to do. I have a red 01 z24 and was wondering what type to go.... Clear corners and chrome altezzas or Black clear corners and black altezzas. I also see the chrome and the clear but never the others. Do people not like them? Or should i be different )
thanks
thanks

Spose its all in how you look at it. On my 04 I blacked out the far outers and cleared the inners on my headlights. Lets go to the pic johnny....

i have a question about that kinda stuff...is it possible to take the lense of the headlight and corner light to do similar to what you did to yours psychoJJ..i know the lense is held on with a silicon but is it easy to take off and put back on ? and if so how ?

Well, I dont know how they do it on the earlier models but for the newer models that have the one piece headlights you place the headlight one at a time in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. Then after it has been heated enough you take it out and with alot of patients take a flat head screw driver and gently peel back the face of the light. You can do it by yourself but it is 10 times easier to do it with a partner as you are not only trying to break they seal of all that damn silicone but got damn that headlight is hot as hell.
If you can get the seal at least spred open you can run a razer blade along the seal to break through the silicone. Chances are you are going to break a few of the outer clips but thats ok because once you do what ever you are going to do to mod your headlights you can do like me and RTV the living piss out of the lights when you put them back together.
Some people make it sound hard to do this and for all I know this didnt sound all that easy but once you get rolling on this common sense kicks in and its smooth sailing.

oh...ya i see...im prolly gonna be doing that right away cuz i need to replace my headlight bulbs and for some reason headlight bulbs are fucked for these cars cuz you gotta take the whole bulb assembly litterally OUT of the car...so im gonna be opening up the head lights and side marker lamps and blacking them...also making the corner lamps clear...BTW..how did you make yours black ?..spray paint ?

Yep, once I got them apart we blacked out the corners with a small square as you can see in the pic so there is no question of legallity at all and then we repainted the headlight housing itself making it a true black and not that of black crap it already was.
