toyota wobbles while accelerating

I just replaced the transmission and when i tried it out while accelerating it seemed to wobble or vibrate. I know i need to get it aligned, but i was worried i might not have got the tie rod ball joints connected right or messed up one of the cv joints or something. Let me know if you have any suggestion of what i should check. I would appreciate it.

I replaced my CV axles and it fixed the problem. Check for grease leaking from boots. I have heard of motor mounts causing that problem too. Did they tighten everything up underneath?
