hey guys am about to swap out my d series engine and put a b18 in to
and i was wondering when i swap out the engine will the b18 tranny fit into my civic 96 ex?

yes they fit you need a mount you can get from the 99-00 SI for the swap though
hit the search up it'll give you all the info ou need
You will be happy with a b18c1 great motor I had one.

great swap. make sure you get an OBDII motor if its going into your 96. Unless of course youre converting it all to OBDI....

it should work but is that tranny really the best.
i dont think they are very strong, ie you may lose power.
it might be worth the extra $500 or so while you are already swaping and put a more sutible tranny in.
but either way it is a good engine,
are you looking to turbo it?
