Front end rebuild kit Nova vs. Camaro

Anyone know if a 67-69 Camaro front end rebuild kit will work on a 68-72 Nova? The prices are cheaper for the Camaro kits, the cars are basicilly the same platform. Just trying to save a buck or two!

I'm not 100% sure, but probably about 99% they should be.

The control arm & sway bar bushings should be the same, but I wouldn't bet on hard parts like the idler arm or centerlink fitting. Do you have access to a Hollander interchange manual? You might see if you have a salvage yard that would let you look through an old one. If the hard parts match up, it might be ok, how much were you saving by using the Camaro parts?

For $30, I would jsut buy what goes in the car. I know how expensive this hobby can be, but for $30, you should do the right hting. I've run into problems doing work for other people who picked up "other" parts and they looked cloe but ended up not working out.

Yes, I agree with bobss396. For the sake of $30 I'd buy the Nova kit. At least you'd be sure they would fit.

Okey guys, I did what you suggested, I bought a PST rubber front end rebuild kit for a Nova. Thanks for all your input.
