you should probably get a look at it in person.
If the seller has a problem with that, I'd be worried.

Also, look in the pics where the hood meets the grill.
Looks a little off there. If It was an American car, wouldn't be no thang, but it is an Infiniti. Probably had front end work.
The damage is pretty obvious if you look at the shadow the hood casts on the grill, and the pic of right front fender....man, on any Japanese car those lines are always perfect.



If you could see it in person, then you could get an idea how big of a repair it was...

yeah, his negatives on his feedback mostly come from the cars he sold. Out of around 10 cars he sold 7 customers had complaints about the car they purchased.
