burned out dash lights

2000 Grand marquis 2 dash lights are out, any advice on how to ge to them. one is behind the selector buttons for the trip computer. the other is the backlighting for the headlight knob and surrounding area.

u need a new fuse maybe?
but if not there should be screws around the dash somewhere unscrew them and take out the unit and replace any lights... i did this on an old mazda protege and it worked,, the only tough thing was reconecting all the wires
