1999 Accord seatbelt warning light won't come on

I have a 1999 Honda Accord, 4dr., 4cyl. I have a problem with the seatbelt warning light on the speedometer. Before, when I turn on my car or the ignition, the seatbelt warning light ususally come on to remind me to buckle up, and it stays on until I buckle up. For some reason, it doesn't come on anymore, doesn't matter if I buckle up or not. I only hear the beeping. I don't know if it is the bulb that burn out or it is some electrical problem that requires professional works. Will someone please help me with this problem. Thanks in advance.

Start by switching out the bulb with a new one.
