Does anyone know how much a civic/crx 16-valve engine with gearbox weight? I am thinking of around 88-91 year versions.

Thanx!

Tranny plus engine is WAAAAY more than 150-200, probably closer to 400-500.

are you serious?? two people can easily carry an engine/tranny... the tranny itself only weighs around 50 lbs...I've shipped em in a box on more than one occasion...

Honda Service manual says the d16a6 weighs 236lbs ;)

The ZC weighs 249lbs.

Dunno if that includes tranny or not...but the tranny is like Jason said, about 50lbs.
