94 lesabre idling problems

im having problems with my 94 lesabre. im getting an high idle. my check engine light came on and my car will pull up hills with out gas. my speedometer broke also. all this stuff happend at the same time too. i can be stopped at a light on a hill and if i take my foot off the gas the car will role up the hill like at up to 15 miles per hour.

i took it to a tune up place they put it on the diagnostic machine but the could not tell what the numbers where. does any one know what they mean or where i can find out what they mean. the numbers are. #650 #640 #670 after the numbers it says QDM excuse me if i sound stupid yall but i dont know much about cars this is my first car. im tryna learn though. plz help. thanks jason brooks
