Which bulbs?

ok i dont wanna spend a lot of money on getting an HID kit, so i figured im gonna get the bulbs...which bulbs should i get? i wanna get the bulbs that are really really bright and blue...im going to get them for the lows, should i get them for the highs? also, i have clear corners, but still the stock bulbs, do i need to get two bulbs for each corner? thx...plz help
