Navigator Unit !!!

I recently purchased a used 2001 Lancer Cedia from Japan and tha dashboard has a builting TV/ Navigator screen.
But the Radio will not work and the screen is not comeing on..
I have noticed that the Nav. unit is missing.. I believe this to be the reason for my problems, can anyone help me source this part... ?????
