97 Aurora loss of power

My Aurora has been recently been running rough and has no power when you press on the gas. This usally happens after the car is warmed up and after beeing stopped for about an hour when you start it up and go into gear no power. It will idle OK and when you shut off the engine and restart it usally will run fine. It also just had the problem the other day that the windows or the locks wouldn't work. Later they worked fine. Same thing with the A/C. Could it be the computer, ground wires or what? Please help!!!
