Airbag light on .....'91 3.1

I need to find a picture of the airbag wiring harness on my '91 Corsica, seems that when I tap the dash the airbag light is triggered so if I could see how the harness is routed perhaps I might locate the problem.......gotta be simple, my luck has been good lately........

Trying to help you out on this, having trouble figuring out how. I have a 91 GM service manual for my son's 91, and it has diagrams on SIR system and a schematic. However it has no pictures like a Haynes manual etc. Our scanner is not working here at the house, will see if I can get you something one way of the other. I have no experiance with these things, but they are complex looking with at least 15-20 pages of my manual devoted to it. Not sure I would mess with it, but if you want to try I will figure out how to get you the three pages that have what I described. Will get back to you...

Thanks for the assistance, my goal is to see the wiring harness and I'm convinced it's either pinched or a loose connector.......sure, I could yank the dash if need be but if I could find that exploded view that would be the ticket out..........I'm thinking that would be in the body service manual........

Dr. ZekeIt is verey nice to save money and i would too,but on the airbag my self i will leave it alone,and of being lucky. watch what you say when you too cloose to the airbag

Got it figured out, yanked the dash and found a airbag connector loose........was a pain but now it's all fine............thanks.....
