guide to installing kooks headers?

has anyone installed kooks headers and y-pipe on an ls1? difficulty? details please

All longtube installs are a royal pain in the ass on an LS1 F-Body.
Take your time and be patient. It will take a while, so set aside a full day to install.
I can't seem to find an install guide on it.
Use the stock header bolts with loctite. You may need to cut some heat shield to install new headers as well.
