what causes this?

Ive notived on my alero, and many many others...that the bumper cover, right under the passenger side headlight, seems to be warped up a little bit. im just curious is anyone else knows about that or has even noticed it...

It's common for a lot of Aleros. We have the same problem but it's not worth messing with. It was suggested to use a heat gun and see if the plastic would settle.

Maybe a combination of a factory defect and the sun. I do not recall having the minor bulge when we bought it new. It's not bad but it is noticeable.

The front ABS/plastic bumper cover looks and feels cheap to me. It figures.

yeah i dont think it was put together very well, on mine there is a gap that u can see wiring harnesses and wires from the headlights, looks veryy cheaply put together.
