F.S. Chrysler Imperial must go asap

I have a 1991 Chrysler Imperial that i need to get rid of asap. The cars air bag suspension is shot and must be replaced, it has an exhaust leak,trunk motor is not working properly. The motor was well maintained and has almost 123000 miles and still runs good. Ice cold a/c, light blue, blue leather, radio does not work (boken amplifier)
