Do you need a 3" Exhaust if you have a 97 RS N/T automatic---if your giong turbo or will a 2.5 inch exhuast work???thanks

2.5 will work, but 3" would be better. If you are going to turbo your car soon then go ahead and get 3", if its going to be a while get 2.5".

3" could make you lose low end torque on an NA with bolt ons or less.
