Going 75(mph) and the car shuts off HELP!

I was on the highway when the car just shut down on me. Ok I was going 75mph on the highway when an 18 wheeler passed me by, when the wind shook my car it shut off. I manually check the relays. There is no current to the fuel pump or spark. The pump was tested and it does work, there is just no current running to it. The spark also works but there is no current running threw it. What is wrong anyone??? How can test the computer?
