ABS kicks in everytime I brake!

Does anyone know why my antilock brakes activate everytime I brake, regardless what speed I am driving?
Is there a difference between low-trac and ABS? Because my blue low-trac light come on everytime I brake.
Please help.

Have it scanned with an abs capable scanner for codes, also look at wheel speed sensor in inputs may see one wheel sensor reading different then the others, this can trigger abs actuation.

On my dads 1998 Tahoe he just cleaned the sensors and that stopped.
