car issue

i posted a thread last week about my car having a problem. i was getting responses saying it was probably the throwout bearing. the prob was that i would push in the clutch and the rpms would drop very low, or the car would die.

now, a week later, i still havent taken it in yet, but my car wont start, i jumped started the car and tried to turn it on. i dont know how to properly say this, but it makes the noise like its about to start, or turn but it never starts. it sounds strong liek its going to but never turns. my plugs and wires arent too old, both are ngk and were gapped right. i havent changed the alternator or coil sincei had the car a year ago, the battery is pretty new.

i dont ebelieve this starting problem can be related to the throwout bearing can it?

what should i check, and how, to see whats keeping my car from starting

ive checked other threads but none have really answered my problem

could it be the coil or the alternator?

and also, could one of those things cause the car to die, or drop in rpms when the clutch is pressed?

and i just checked and i have spark comin from teh wires
i listened for the fuel pump but i didnt hear anything, but im also not sure what it sounds like so...
any help?

If your fuel pump isn't running, check your CAS. You should be able to search and find the testing procedure.

Judging by what you said and your latest post, i would almost guess that it's the fuel pump. Have you checked fuel pressure?
